NY post monkey cartoon. racist? coincidence?
http://www.nypost.com/delonas/delonas.ht m
yesterday i seen the monkey cartoon. I thought right off the bat that this was racism thinly veiled. So like anyone I wanted to look and see if maybe I was over reacting. Here are someone of the coincidences that came to visit.
I found out that Mr. Rupert owns the NY Post… hmmm where had i heard that name before ?? oh yeah he is the same guy who owns fox news.. hmmmm that is the same place that Sean Hannity spews his racial and political hate… hmmmm Sean Hannity has been known to associate and support neo nazi Hal Turner… hmmm
ok well i seen other news organizations covering the outcry over the monkey cartoon so i went straight to the source to see if they would be putting their usual spin on things.. I went to fox news and turned on fox news… orielly. nope.. he covered the monkey getting shot story only…… hannity.. nope.. he covered the actual monkey getting shot story only…. On The Record With Greta Van Susteren.. nope but guess who is sitting there chatting with Greta.. MARK FURMAN a racist who happens to be according to his wikipedia page "Fuhrman is a frequent guest of conservative commentator Sean Hannity for FOX News." - said the aclu should be bombed- domestic terrorist-
Furmans racism if i remember correctly was one of the main reasons why oj simpson got away with murder.

No. Worst case of racism I’ve seen from the media since the election.

I think it is just funny.
Al sharpton poked his head in the story, who would of guessed.

Totally racist. And not so thinly veiled. Anyone who has lived in the US or has studied US history knows of the racist history of depicting African Americans as apes, chimps, monkeys or other simians. For the New York Post to not know this and print such a racist and hateful cartoon is beyond the pale.
I thought even though you may not agree with the current president, respect for the office of the president is what made our traditions something to be admired both here and as an example for other countries.
What gets me about so called conservatives is the fact they wanted us, the American people, to rally around George W. Bush and support him as he was a "War time President" no matter how many laws his administration broke and any suggestion he was not doing a good job was akin to treason. Now that Obama is the "War time President" where is the support for this president? Isn’t a racist political cartoon akin to treason? Oh, now it comes under freedom of Speech.
Conservatives. What a bunch a hypocrites.

It is totally racist, Murdock is a known Zionist racist, Jews like him hate Arabs , Blacks , Catholics, all Muslims and Asians.

Funny… I do recall another president being referred to as a chimp. Yet, no one took notice at all. If you want equality, then you should be able to take equality and live with it. The problem is political correctness; I see Obama as a President, similar to Bush… so if I can call one a chimp I should be able to call the other the same. It has nothing to do with the skin color, it has to do with the person. Not until everyone unerstands that, especially folks like Al "I have yet to find a camera I did not like" Sharpton can there be equality, the black community puts their own down by creating this immediate defensive posture and the victimization of their people.

I clearly remember the OJ trial and I was under the impression if he had been found guilty the city of Los Angeles would have had riots. Now I have been to that city twice and have no desire to ever go there again.
I think political cartoons are a bit of bad taste and in the Muslim culture they truly over react. I mean to riot and murder over a stupid cartoon? give me a freaking break. You could go with the take its just a cartoon and move on. But then you could look at the source Mr Rupert. The fixed news channel. unbalanced where 2 of the three stooges are employed Sean and Bill. They have the spin factor in effect there too. I have better ways of getting my news MSNBC and CNN. TYVM
Bush failed us as President! | Feb 19, 2009
neither Obama DID NOT WRITE THE BILL, Congress did, so a racist jump is ignorant.
Sorry to rain on the race bait parade.

Am I missing something? Not! It was a stupid cartoon that missed its point, now it becoming something else. It’s like in the early 90’s when a cartoon about Mighty Mouse had the character trying to find a missing character.
Mighty Mouse was so upset she was gone - he reached into his pocket to retrieve the pink flower she had given him, but of course it was all crumbled. So, when he went to smell it - the pink aroma from the crushed flower went from his hands to his nose.
COCAINE - MIGHT MOUSE IS DOING COCAINE!!!!!! PROTEST, PROTEST!!!
So, people got up in arms and got rid of a really good cartoon, but then again…like I said - the cartoon was not that good. So, oh, well. Mountains out of mole hills.
